Here is our questionnaire, like a conversation, is grouped by topic with simple questions. This is 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐲𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬, and takes 5 minutes to complete. Take this survey What is this Survey?: This survey is about your experience of being listened to, cared for, as well as accommodated as you are in your workplace. Hence, kindly answer all the questions, as only the completed surveys can be used for drawing the results. The aim here is to find the inclusive efforts toward empathy, equity, diversity in LAM. The survey will also provide trends as well as gaps based on institutional inclusion efforts.

Empathy is to understand and also feel the experiences of others.
