What is this Survey?: This survey is about your experience of being listened to, cared for, as well as accommodated as you are in your workplace. Hence, kindly answer all the questions, as only the completed surveys can be used for drawing the results. The aim here is to find the inclusive efforts toward empathy, equity, diversity in LAM. The survey will also provide trends as well as gaps based on institutional inclusion efforts.

 Our Centre for Excellence on Empathy, Equity & diversity (CEEED was established after the 5th Jan.,  2022 Webinar, as a result of shared need and ideas to continue a conversation on digital inequalities, by Libraries, Archives, Museums (LAM). Empathy is to understand and also feel the experiences of others.
