What: Decolonizing with Humility and Empathy in Intercultural Community Services (Libraries, Archives, Museums, community agencies, etc.. Summary: Starting a Conversation on Approaches to Decolonize Intercultural Services: from mastery to accountability to shifting power imbalance.Outcome: Awareness to reduce/remove barriers, achieve greater understanding of community needs, and facilitate dissemination of empathy, equity and diversity issues/best practice/lessons learnt.

This workshop (set in New Norm and on-going social/digital divide) will be an opportunity for a group discussion & conversation on:
- how an understanding of Inclusiveness works in bridging the secular and sacred divide - (Application of Five laws: resource/space is for use by everyone)
- how Diversity is accommodated in multicultural work space, e.g., in-reach or outreach in a Hol(y)stic manner (every seeker his/her resource/space; every resource/space its seeker)
- how organizations can improve their Equity practices (to save the energies and time of every seeker)
